Young Chef Boot Camp - Step it Up! (NEW)

Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? Award-winning chef Herb Hess will guide you through a curriculum designed to broaden your culinary knowledge and skills. Students will explore a variety of new recipes from around the world and prepare them from scratch. You will leave with new techniques, increased confidence and an appreciation for the value and importance of what we eat. Bring containers for any leftovers.

Note: Recommended for students who either completed Boot Camp or who have kitchen experience and a love of cooking.

Open to youth entering grades 5-9 in September, 2018.

Supervision of children partaking in summer camps is not provided before 8:45 am.

Course Fee: $249.00 + GST

Materials Fee: $50.00 + GST

Course Length: 30 hours

Location: Salisbury Composite High School

Notes: We recommend bringing containers for any leftovers, closed-toe shoes, hair tie and a water bottle. There is no supervision of youth for this camp prior to 8:45 am or after 3:15 pm.
