Stress Management - Holistic Approach to Mood & Anxiety
Emotions are processed throughout the body and may affect us at a cellular level. Essential oils may be used to help balance emotions and brighten moods. In this workshop, we will deconstruct stress and explore different methods to manage stress through breath and mindfulness, as well as essential oils.
