Nordic Pole Walking
This is a low-impact exercise that provides benefits for health, wellness and fitness. Normal walking utilizes muscles in the lower half of the body while pole walking adds the use of your upper body muscles. Bring good walking shoes, comfortable clothing and Nordic type poles if you have them. The last class will meet at Millennium Place.
NOTE: Plus $9.25 admission fee per person
